Camp Indi-Co-So
Last week Jason and I spent the week being counselors at a high school sports church camp. When we tell some people they think we are a little crazy to choose to spend our vacation camping with hormonal high schoolers and bugs. But really the week was fantastic because we all shared a like minded focus to glorify our great God and to help bring youth closer to Him. God never fails to draw near to us when we draw near to him. It was a great week of sports, devotions, worship and just hanging out. We loved all the campers and all our fellow counselors. We will miss them all very much until next year. Below there are a few snap shots of the week. Also you can check out the whole 700+ pictures because J-mac set up a photo page (he is our awesome computer guy - thanks J-mac) http://www.flickr.com/photos
Huddle 3 (Rachel’s huddle) was quiet but we rocked Wacky Olympics. Way to go guys
Huddle 2 was cool too. (Jason’s huddle)
Dodgeball with deflated volleyballs can be dangerous. Just ask Lisa - she got nailed in the face. Ouch! Jason didn’t hit anyone in the face though.
One of the amazing things about camp is how beautiful it is.
