I am so excited to show you our window’s latest fashion. Linda, Jason’s mom, made us Roman Shades to update our ugly window coverings. They look awesome. It changes the entire feel of the room.

Jason’s owie

So the other day Jason’s thumb got in a fight with a pile of ice. Jason claimed the victory with only a minor flesh wound (but if you think it looks bad you should see the ice). He has been showing of his gruesome owwie with much satisfaction, so we thought we would share it with you.

Momma’s surprise

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

Last Saturday was an important birthday for my momma. With the help of friends, family and my amazing mother-in-law we were able to pull of an awesome surprise birthday party! And boy was she surprised. She didn’t even catch on in the parking lot commenting, “It looks like somebody is having a party tonight.” Thanks to everyone for their help in pulling it off. And to my momma, you are totally worth it and I hope that you had a wonderful night. Much love to you always!!

New Steps

Tuesday, January 15th, 2008

Merry Christmas to us! Our Dad’s friend poured us some new concrete front steps in freezing weather after Christmas. We have been waiting for them a little less than 6 months. They look great and eliminate the granny killer that used to be there. Thanks Dad & Ryan.
