World Malaria Day
Today, April 25th, is World Malaria Day.
Deadly malaria is spread through the unfelt bite of a mosquito, and it claims more than 1 million innocent lives each year.
What’s especially tragic is that malaria is both preventable and treatable, but many parents lack the basic tools and medicines to keep their children safe and healthy.
Can you imagine their pain? Their frustration?
Thankfully, God’s hand is at work. World Vision has been blessed with donations of more than $176 million in life-saving medicine and supplies to fight malaria and other child killers. To keep even more children healthy, they’ve also received $25 million in government grants for malaria prevention.
In honor of World Malaria Day on April 25, please consider giving a gift which multiplies 8 times to fight this deadly disease and keep children healthy.
